FE229 is an analog speed regulator designed to control 4,5A single-phase induction motors with the phase angle control. Two switches - one for the motor and for an external solenoid valve, the other for the lights - and a rotary knob to vary the speed of the motor, whose range can be set by means of two internal trimmers, characterize its panel. It is also available in built-in kit to meet the needs of those who wish to improve the integration of the controller in the extraction system. On request, we can provide cable glands and wirings.
FE263 is an analog speed regulator designed to control 8A single-phase induction motors by means of the phase angle control. This model too presents the two switches for turning on/off of the motors, the solenoid valve and the lights, in addition to the knob for adjusting the speed, whose excursion can be set using two internal trimmer.
Provided with an external heatsink to ensure maximum reliability even under particularly heavy load situations, the FE282 analog speed controller can manage up to two single-phase induction motors for a total absorption of 10 A. The two switches on the front panel activate the motors, the external solenoid valve and the lighting system; the rotary knob allows to vary the speed of the motors within the range specified, defined by the two internal trimmers dedicated to the setting of the minimum and maximum speed.
The FE230 digital speed regulator, in the base version and in its more evolved variants, is an advanced control system with microprocessor dedicated to the adjustment of the speed of a 4,5A single-phase induction motor. Available in wall-mounted version or built-in kit, it guarantees high performance with minimum consumption, thanks to the reduced absorption in stand-by mode and the ability to automatically adjust the speed of the vacuum motor as a function of the environmental conditions; you can also set the inrush speed. The device controls the motor, the external solenoid valve and the lighting system. FE230 can be equipped with a radio control, a temperature probe - to allow the automatic regulation of the speed of the vacuum motor in function of the temperature detected - and a RS-485 bidirectional communication serial port to enable its use within a local network (which may include other controllers of the same family and the sensor modules FE1017) managed by the control unit FE1011: in this way you can develop "smart" and customized control strategies according to the specific application. There are 5 different versions of the digital speed regulator:
FE230: base version (without sensors, remote control or RS-485 serial communication port);
FE230/T: equipped with NTC probe to automatically control the motor (change of speed in function of the detected temperature);
FE230/R: provided with radio receiver for the handling of FE1004 (optional 433.92 MHz remote control with 5 buttons);
FE230/S: equipped with a RS-485 bidirectional communication serial port to allow the use of the regulator within a local network handles by the FE1011 control unit;
FE230/C: equipped with NTC probe, radio receiver for the remote control FE1004, RS-485 bidirectional communication serial port.
The FE1023 digital regulator is a microprocessor system to control 10A single-phase induction motors with the phase angle control; it guarantees high performance and low power consumption in stand-by. Through the keyboard in the front panel, the user can control the motor on/off switching and its speed, the solenoid valve and the lighting system. The seven-segment display indicates the numerical values (between 1 and 8) representing the motor speed, while the led indicates the status of the solenoid valve. With loads off, it is possible to access to the calibration procedure of the motor speed to choose the minimum, maximum and inrush speed value.
The FE1018 and FE1019 are two models of single-phase frequency converters for the control of induction motors that respectively absorb up to 750 W (max current absorption of 3,5A) and 1500 W (max current absorption 8A) of electrical power. The front panel integrates the on/off switch and a rotary knob to vary continuously the motor’s speed: the microprocessor, which is the heart of the inverter, allows to manage appropriate acceleration and deceleration ramps and to realize protection techniques for possible overloading and/or overheating of the devices. FE1024 / FE1025 - Single-phase inverter regulators: control of motor, light and optional load (solenoid valve)
The FE1024 and FE1025 are two models of single-phase frequency converters for the control of induction motors that respectively absorb up to 750 W (max current absorption of 3,5A), and 1500 W (max current absorption 8A) of electrical power. These devices include a manual switch for the lighting system and the automatic activation of an optional load (safety solenoid valve). A few seconds after the motor activation, the optional load is activated (signaled by a dedicated led). By switching off the motor, the other load is immediately turned off. It is possible to set the value of the minimum and maximum motor speed through two trimmers. To reduce the stress on the motor, ramps of acceleration and deceleration are performed in both phases of switching on/off, and in the transients of speed-change. The inverter integrates a cooling fan that triggers automatically when the motor is activated. In the picture, the 3,5 A model (FE1024).
FE1026 and FE1027 are the new frequency converters designed for stand-alone or electric panel installations: the motor speed can be varied remotely through a 0-10 Vdc signal, like the one commonly provided by a PLC. The power unit can be installed near the motor, optimizing the wiring and minimizing the interference, while the analog control signal 0-10V can be provided by any user interface or remote supervision unit.
The ability to manage the activation of the motor and the variation of its speed through a simple 0-10Vdc analog signal allows ample scope for application: apart from the classic control by PLC, any remote device capable of providing the required analog voltage, in discrete steps or continuously variable, can be used.
